The Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) supports high-quality programs for students, residents and professionals in the fields of infectious diseases and HIV, offering diverse, expert faculty and a discussion of relevant, timely topics. By applying for our event promotion program, your event has the potential to reach our 400k+ website visitors each month, consisting of both IDSA and HIVMA members and non-members. Promotion on our social media channels will provide visibility to our 67k followers.
Premier Level: $5,000 per event
- One-time e-blast to IDSA membership sent by IDSA on behalf of partner
- Promotion in one issue of IDSA Daily News
- One-time rental of IDSA's full member postal mailing list
- Organization also agrees to promote an IDSA offering of our choosing by sharing a slide or other promotional materials during the meeting
- Posting in the events section of the IDSA website
- IDSA posts event details to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn (2) times each (IDSA determines when posts are scheduled within a reasonable timeframe of the event.)
Alliance Level: $1,750 per event
- One-time rental of IDSA’s full member postal mailing list
- Organization also agrees to promote an IDSA offering of our choosing by sharing a slide or other promotional materials during the meeting
- Posting in the events section of the IDSA website
- IDSA posts event details to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn (1) time each (IDSA determines when posts are scheduled within a reasonable timeframe of the event.)

IDSA reserves the right to refuse to disseminate, in its sole discretion, any information that, in IDSA’s opinion, is unethical, misleading, makes extravagant claims, misrepresents, is unfair or harmful to the public and/or other organizations, and may violate state or federal law. In addition, IDSA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel any ad or email at any time for any reason with refund of pro-rated promotional fees.
